what is design/build
An approach in which the full range of services needed to construct a building is provided by a single source. DeMattia typically integrates site-selection, engineering, architectural design, estimating and budget control, and construction services.
advantages of design/build
DeMattia pioneered the design/build method decades ago as a way to fast track the design and construction of brand new buildings. We were one of few companies who had the relevant expertise in-house. Over time, clients realized there were many other advantages in addition to speed.
