involvement on many levels
As a thriving democracy, we invite the input and participation of many in forming policies and procedures. We have several formal, regularly scheduled venues for gathering opinions and getting feedback. Through Quality Committees we stay on a course of ongoing systems improvement.
DeMattia employees are an active, involved group. We participate in various fundraisers to benefit such groups as the Salvation Army, the Boy Scouts of America, Focus:HOPE and Habitat for Humanity.
